That\u2019s why we understand the needs and concerns of these same people, and we know that one of the most critical points of an electrical connection is the male-female pin contact.<\/p>\n

A connection system between male and female is usually offered, with only a small part of the pin contact surface, which can cause countless connection problems.<\/p>\n

New Torque Segment Connection System<\/h2>\n

That is why from ALFA\u2019 R we have created the new Torsion Segment System<\/strong>, which ensures a complete connection over the entire length of the contacts and therefore offers total security against false contacts.<\/p>\n

This system offers the possibility of having a connection with a smooth, continuous and effective feel, without any roughness or hard spots and also improves the previous male\/female pin connections.<\/p>\n

High resistance and safety<\/h3>\n

The Torsion Segment System<\/em> is a revolutionary gripper, made of a material called CuBe tempered material that offers great fatigue strength. Like all our products, this one offers a guarantee of durability and reliability, with more than 500,000 inserts guaranteed without showing any signs of wear or pressure loss that could cause the product to lose effectiveness.<\/p>\n

In addition, we have created the new Torsion Segment System<\/em><\/strong> in two different diameter sizes. You will find it available for both \u00d81.5 contact connections and \u00d83 contact connections, so you can adapt it to your needs.<\/p>\n

This system allows you to use it in a variety of ways, since it is ready to be welded, crimped or used on printed circuit boards<\/a>. In this way, we offer a product with a wide variety of uses and a wide range of applications.<\/p>\n

This Torsion Segment Connector technology is already available in several of our products so that it can be used in your projects and companies.
